ADCOM was born from the need of administrators and managers to have a computer tool that allows them to control, direct, and plan the total and comprehensive administration of properties, saving time at a low cost, with a simple and friendly language, based on the Ecuadorian reality, and that allows them to make immediate decisions, as well as keep the information permanently updated, leaving aside programs that are not made for this purpose.
